Viime päivinä on tullut kuunneltua joululahjaksi saamaani Tom Waitsin Orphans-boxia. Vielä en ole ehtinyt muodostaa kokonaiskuvaa siitä. Joihinkin biiseihin ihastuin ensikuulemalta, jotkut taas kuulostivat ihan turhilta ja nyt tekee mieli skipata ne. Kolmesta levystä ehkä Bawlers on tällä hetkellä mieluisin. Muuten olen viime aikoina kuunnellut Roky Ericksonin Gremlins Have Pictures-levyä sekä last.fm:ltä post-punkkia.

Nyt on mennyt hyvissä määrin post-rockia, enimmälti näitä neljää lättyä plus hieman kyseisten yhtyeiden muuta tuotantoa kaiken randomin ohella. Explosions in the Sky on kuitenkin kovin mukava uusi tuttavuus, kaikin puolin suositeltavaa jos genre kolahtaa.
