Warner Home Video have announced the UK Region 2 DVD release of nine European titles presented across three director themed triple bill DVDs on 16th August 2004. Retailing at £29.99 each these sets bring you the earlier works from the French director of influential new wave films Jean Luc Godard and Jean Renoir alongside Spain's father of cinematic surrealism Luis Buñuel.



Jean Luc Godard Triple DVD Box Set includes Alphaville, Une Femme Est Une Femme and Le Petit Soldat (The Little Soldier).



Jean Renoir Triple DVD Box Set includes La Grande Illusion, La Bête Humaine, and Le Crime de Monsieur Lange.



Luis Buñuel Triple DVD Box Set includes Belle de Jour, Diary of a Chambermaid, and The Milky Way – (La Voie Lactée).



All titles are presented in their original aspect ratio with the original Mono audio tracks (with English subtitles). No bonus features have been announced.
